Peaches 'n Cream Pie

This is one of my all time favorites.  I first had this in high school during typing class....(yes, we should have been typing...... and yes, it was a long long time ago)



Peaches 'n Cream Pie

3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
3 tbs Butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup Milk

1 16 oz can Sliced Peaches, reserve juice
-----------------------------
1 8oz package Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 tbs Reserved Juice
-----------------------------
1 tbs Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon


Combine first 9 ingredients, beat until smooth.  Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Place drained peaches over the batter, keeping 1/2 to 1 inch from edge.
Mix cream cheese and next 3 ingredients, beat until smooth.  Spoon over the peaches.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of pie.
Bake 350°F, 30-40 minutes

Cool to room temperature, chill until served

  3. I was thinking we would get to taste test all the goodies, bummmer!! This looks so awesome, maybe I will give it a try and send a picture to ya via the phone. I am possitive it won't look quite as delicious.
