Lemon Garlic Tilapia with Parmesan

I'm not a fan of fish, but Tilapia is very mild and I just LOVE this recipe!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia with Parmesan

Tilapia Fillets, washed and patted dry
Old Bay Seasoning
Minced Garlic
Lemon
Parmesan Cheese, grated

Line a cookie sheet with  tinfoil, spray with PAM cooking spray.  Place Tilapia fillets on prepared cookie sheet.
Top each fillet with Old Bay Seasoning (I used about 1/2 t. for each fillet)
Then top with minced garlic (I used 1/2 t. for each)
Squirt fresh lemon onto each fillet, about 1 tsp
Bake at 375 for 5mn, then remove from oven and top each fillet with 1 Tbs of grated Parmesan cheese.  Return to oven and cook an additional 5 minutes.
I served it with mixed vegetables and brown rice.....way healthy!!!!

Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning

Top with Minced Garlic and Lemon Juice

Out of the Oven
