Grilled Rib Eye with Rub

I bought an indoor grill that fits over the burners of your stove.  I was skeptical, but  boy did it grill up a nice Rib Eye!  I will be using it a lot!

Grilled Rib Eye with Rub
2 Rib Eye Steaks, trim large pieces of fat
3 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tbs Onion Flakes

Mix Olive Oil and spices in small bowl.  Using hands, get messing and rub steaks with the Olive oil mixture being sure to coat well.  Place steaks in a bowl or plate and let set at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Grill on medium high heat 3-5 minutes per side, depending how well done you like them.

Let rest 30 minutes after the Rub

Cook on medium high grill

Flip after 5 minutes
