Sausage Gravy with Biscuits

Breakfast for lunch?  Breakfast for supper?  YES!
After a morning of raking leaves at the ballpark Biscuits and Gravy hit the spot!

Sausage Gravy
1 lb of Sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Regular)
4 tbs Flour
2 1/2 cups Milk (more if needed)

Fry sausage in a pan until no longer pink, coat sausage with flour.  Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.  Add more milk if it is too thick for you.

Coat with flour
Add milk

Bisquick Biscuits
2 1/4 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup Milk

Preheat oven to 450°F
Mix and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.  Makes 9.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 450°F
